Different riding styles and board setups often require different wheel formulas, hardness levels, and rolling characteristics, which is why we support customized PU skateboard wheel development based on different product and market requirements.

We manage the entire production process in-house, from product development and mold engineering to injection molding, PU casting, printing, and finished wheel assembly. With dedicated engineering, production, and quality control departments working together throughout manufacturing, the company is able to maintain stable production quality across large-volume orders.
Our quality control process includes abrasion testing, aging tests, and dynamic load testing before shipment. The materials used also comply with international environmental standards, helping ensure more consistent quality from batch to batch.
