Luggage Wheels
Luggage wheels go through constant movement during daily travel, often carrying heavy loads across airport floors, sidewalks, hotel lobbies, and uneven outdoor surfaces. Because of this, smoother rolling, lower noise, and long-term durability are some of the main concerns for both luggage brands and end users.
To match these everyday travel conditions, we develop PU luggage wheels in multiple sizes and structures using high-rebound, wear-resistant polyurethane materials. The wheels are designed to reduce dragging noise during movement, making luggage feel easier and more comfortable to handle over longer distances.
- High-density load-bearing PU materials combined with optimized wheel structure design help maintain steadier rolling under heavier loads.
- The wheels have passed continuous continuous rolling test of up to 10,000 km, exceeding common industry durability requirements.
- The wear-resistant wheel surface helps reduce scratches and rolling noise during travel while improving everyday comfort during long-distance use.
- PU outer layer: TDI, MDI
- Wheel core materials: PP, PC, PBT, PC+PBT, TPU + fiberglass, nylon, and aluminum alloy
Different hardness options are available depending on rolling feel, noise control, wear resistance, and luggage application requirements.

We manage the entire production process in-house, from product development and mold engineering to injection molding, PU casting, printing, and finished wheel assembly. With dedicated engineering, production, and quality control departments working together throughout manufacturing, the company is able to maintain stable production quality across large-volume orders.

Our quality control process includes abrasion testing, aging tests, and dynamic load testing before shipment. The materials used also comply with international environmental standards, helping ensure more consistent quality from batch to batch.
