Customization Process

01The sample development team receives the sample request from the sales department.
02Product specifications, customization requirements, and application details are reviewed and confirmed.
03Materials and production preparation are arranged according to the approved sample requirements.
04Internal production support and sample manufacturing are carried out.
05Functional performance and dimensional accuracy tests are conducted on the samples.
06Newly developed samples are produced for evaluation and adjustment.
07The engineering department or production manager reviews and confirms the sample.
08Final quality inspection and verification are completed by the quality control team.
09Approved samples are provided to the customer for confirmation, while reference samples are retained internally for future production consistency and quality control.
